How do food vendors and food trucks apply?
Use the 2027 vendor and sponsorship application. Provide your business details, proposed menu or products, preferred booth category and equipment needs. The same application entry serves food, technology, artisan and corporate booths, as well as custom sponsorship requests.
Does an application confirm a booth?
No. Applications are reviewed by the organizing team. A submission or automatic receipt is not acceptance, a space reservation, a final price quote or a payment request. Obtain written approval and the agreed terms before paying or announcing participation.
How many visitors are expected?
According to figures provided by the organizer, previous editions attracted approximately 60,000-80,000 attendees. The organizer expects a similar scale in 2027; this is a forecast, not guaranteed attendance. Whole-event attendance does not guarantee traffic at a particular booth, sales, impressions or return on investment.
Are vendor operating hours, equipment and permits confirmed?
The published visitor overview lists 2 PM-11 PM. Vendor operating, loading and setup hours require confirmation. Ask the team for requirements specific to your space, including equipment, power, insurance, food-safety documents and weather arrangements.
Is Echo Market confirmed for 2027?
No. Echo Market is not being offered as a confirmed 2027 program. Use the current unified application and confirm the suitability of your proposed products with the organizers.
